What a day-of coordinator actually does
“Day-of coordination” is a bit of a misnomer. The work starts several weeks before the wedding. Most couples in Bradenton and the surrounding area have done months of planning by the time they reach us. The venue is booked, the vendors are hired and the vision is set. What's missing is one person who knows the whole plan, has every vendor's contact details, and handles any problems on the day. That's our role.
We come from event operations: timelines, vendor schedules and on-site logistics for high-volume events. A wedding is smaller, but it's a lot more personal, and the same discipline helps.

Local details we plan around
Bradenton weddings range from riverfront and downtown venues to historic spaces, golf clubs and, a short drive west, the beaches of Anna Maria Island. Each setting brings its own logistics. For waterfront and beach ceremonies, we look at wind, sun angle and the time of sunset for your date, and plan an indoor or tented backup in case of rain. On the island, we account for parking, guest shuttles, vendor access and travel times over the bridges, especially on busy weekends.
Florida summers also bring heat and fast-moving afternoon storms. We'll help you set realistic timing for photos and outdoor portions. If your date falls during hurricane season (June through November), we'll make sure you know each vendor's policy for weather changes ahead of time.

Wedding day-of coordination starts at $1,500 at our Founding Client rate, which is available to a limited number of first clients. Your written quote will reflect your guest count, venue and timeline. We serve Bradenton, Palmetto, Anna Maria Island, Lakewood Ranch, Sarasota and the wider Tampa Bay area.
